-
In your communication, please expressly
state that your concern is for the Lehman Brothers Bank Board of
Directors
-
You may send communications to the Bank’s Board of Directors
regarding the Bank’s accounting, internal controls, auditing matters
or other concerns you have about the Bank. Concerns that
constitute an advertisement or other solicitation or “junk mail;” a
request for financing, investment or other products or services; or
an employment application or inquiry should not be sent to this site
and will not be communicated.
-
You may submit a concern without identifying
yourself, and you can request that your identity be kept
confidential and your submission anonymous, although some
circumstances could make it difficult for the Bank to investigate
your concern without knowing your identity, and there are also some
circumstances (e.g., if required by law) in which the Bank cannot
promise that your identity will be protected.
